Our Pledge

To work diligently, with pride, integrity, and transparency, to foster, promote, and strengthen the
values and culture of Nevisians and their descendants at home and abroad, ensuring equality and

How We Fund Our Efforts

Our primary funding source comes from charitable contributions, a summer Picnic in the
Park, and our signature event, the Annual Banquet, held every December. This event serves not
only as a fundraiser but also as a celebration of our community’s achievements. Funds raised are
directed towards impactful projects that address the needs of our community in Nevis and
abroad.

Our signature event, the Annual Banquet, held every December, is more than just a gathering; it
celebrates community spirit and achievement by featuring guest speakers, entertainment, and an
opportunity to honor the remarkable contributions of Nevisian community members who have
made a difference. The event is our largest fundraiser and is also used to strengthen community
ties.

Commemorative Magazine

As part of our annual banquet, we produce a commemorative magazine highlighting the event
and honoring our distinguished guests. This magazine serves as a platform to:
– Acknowledge individuals making significant contributions to society.
– Promote local businesses through advertising opportunities.
– Document our activities and achievements throughout the year.
– Highlight Honoree’s stories, creating a lasting tribute to their efforts and inspiring others
to follow in their footsteps.

Our Impact

Over the years, we have successfully:
– Supported Education: Providing students with scholarships, lunch programs, and
educational resources helps them pursue their educational goals and fosters a new
generation of leaders.
– Enhanced Health Awareness: Facilitating health fairs and awareness campaigns that
address critical health issues within our community, contributing to Alexandria Hospital,
Flamboyant Home, private health care, and other initiatives to improve community
health.
– Promoted Cultural Initiatives: We celebrate our heritage by promoting our rich
Nevisian heritage through various cultural events and programs and making financial
contributions to participants in the annual Culturama festivities.
–Encourage Sports Development: Supporting local sports teams and athletes, enabling
them to excel and represent Nevis on a larger stage.
